About Jed Brent
- Director
With over 40 years building experience in London, Jed lends a wealth of knowledge to JAM Builders. Covering all facets within residential construction, he has overseen many major building projects.
About Marlon Cosmas
- Director
Marlon specialises in Project Management and all forms of carpentry. Having qualified in new Zealand as a Carpenter, working on architecturally designed homes, he has over 15 years of building experience. Since arriving in London in 1999, Marlon has worked on, and overseen, a variety of residential projects.
About Our Staff

- An in-house architect
- Plumbers - Corgi Certified
- Electricians - Part P Registered Electrical Installations carried out to NIC Standards
- Carpenters - who are able to work from our Timber Workshop
Additionally, we have excellent relationships with many external sub-contractors, who we bring in when required. We have a JAM Builders foreman on site for every phase of construction.

Our Timber Workshop allows our carpenters to produce tailor-made solutions for each of our projects.
We have a fleet of JAM Builders vehicles which are used by our staff for client projects. You may see them driving around the South-West London area.
