JAM Builders currently employs approximately 10 tradesmen and has a good relationship with many sub-contractors. At every phase of works there is a JAM Builders foreman on site. The remainder of the workforce would consist of a combination of JAM Builders tradesmen and external sub contractors. Design We offer an in-house design service to achieve full planning or permitted development approval and concept drawings to assist in the building process. Project management We feel this is our key strength in meeting deadlines and liaising between the client and contractors to produce the final product, not only with our own contracts but also on behalf of architects, clients and developers. JAM Builders has insurance cover on all of its work and as a secondary safety measure insists that all sub contractors have their own cover as well.
